The Green Door

Green Door art gallery in the heart of Webster Groves, is an ever-changing gallery of outstanding art. We have a simple mission, which is to spread the appreciation of art and give artists a space to celebrate their work. That’s why we’re proud to carry an array of styles and mediums from regional artists. Whether you’re looking for unique mosaics, pottery, watercolor, oil or acrylic works, collages, jewelry, or fiber art, we’re confident we have something that speaks to you. Our space is also a local gathering place, where artists and community members can enjoy events, demonstrations, workshops, and more. Initial Design

I am the new owner of The Initial Design and spent a number of weeks rehabbing the store. I was certainly not expecting to open at the start of a pandemic! While we are closed to public traffic, we are still taking orders through our website and Etsy site, and someone is there during normal business hours for phone orders.

Never Enough is a fun, affordable little women’s boutique tucked away in Old Webster at 51 N. Gore Ave. – right across from Rolling Ridge Nursery. We carry and ever-changing inventory of unique fashion, jewelry and accessories for fabulous women of all ages.

The Novel Neighbor is an independent bookstore that carries puzzles, games and boredom busters for all ages. We also feature over 20 local artisans’ work, including cards, jewelry, home goods and candles. Our expert staff are happy to give book recommendations or curate a personalized mystery box, which makes the perfect gift.
In order to cope with COVID-19, we have shifted the majority of our sales online and begun posting video updates on social media.
